Terms and Conditions

To request the Services, clients must submit an application via the contact form or by calling 03-4938-5993. A booking is considered confirmed only after the Studio sends a formal acceptance notice and the required deposit has been received.

For safety and facility management, individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. The Studio operates strictly by appointment; walk-in sessions are not permitted.

All quoted prices include the Japanese Consumption Tax (10%). To finalize a booking, a deposit of 30% of the total estimated cost is required. The remaining balance must be settled upon completion of the session or prior to the delivery of final files.

For corporate clients (B2B), payment is due within 14 days from the date of invoice issuance. Please refer to our Services page for the current rate card.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 7 days prior to the session date are processed free of charge. For cancellations made within 7 days of the session, the 30% deposit shall be retained by the Studio as a cancellation fee and is non-refundable.

In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, the Studio will negotiate in good faith with the client to reschedule the session or provide a partial refund.

For mixing and mastering services, clients are entitled to a maximum of 3 rounds of revisions free of charge after reviewing the initial drafts. Any subsequent revisions or significant structural changes (such as re-recording parts) will incur additional fees.

Requests for revisions must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 days of receiving the draft files.

The copyright and ownership of the master recordings and multi-track files created through the Services are transferred from the Studio to the client only upon 100% payment of all applicable fees. Until full payment is made, all rights remain reserved by the Studio.

The client guarantees that all musical compositions and materials provided for recording do not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The client assumes full responsibility and cost for resolving any disputes regarding intellectual property infringement.

The Studio maintains a session archive for 12 months following delivery. Recovery of files after this period is not guaranteed.

While the Studio strives to maintain equipment and services to the highest standard, it shall not be held liable for data loss due to force majeure or delays caused by unforeseen technical failures, except for direct damages caused by gross negligence.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, including the Consumer Contract Act and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

Regarding the handling of personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
